Regular quick cleans save a big job later.
Fridge
- Throw out expired food weekly, before shopping
- Wipe spills right away
- Every few months, empty shelves and wash them with warm soapy water
Oven
- Wipe spills once the oven has cooled
- Use a baking sheet under dishes that might bubble over
- For self-cleaning ovens, follow the manual and ventilate well
